Are Warranties Transferrable? (i.e. if you buy from a seller on Tractorhouse.com)

I see that some of the used tractors on Tractorhouse.com and other sell sites advertise that the warranties are still 'good' implying that as a buyer you would inherit the existing warranty. It is only on Kubotas that I see this advertised.

Is this true?

Are all warranties transferrable for all brands?

Yes, original factory warranties transfer, just like on a car or truck. Usually extended warranties or service plans (that are paid extra for) are not transferable.
