Are tractors titled?

A lien (if there is one) would be tricky, he is to bring all the receipts etc so the bill of sale should say if paid in full. I will ask/check.

No tractor titles in WA or OR, just a bill of sale.

But like Gittyup, the county here has floated the idea of an equipment "registration" and collect a fee. That suggestion always dies a noisy death. So far.

No titles here in Alabama, only lien rights to the Financial Institution who would have judement against a promise to pay under current Consumer Law.
