I assume the drive shaft length would differ based on model.

But ... Are the front end tractor frames the same? Taking the same retention cross pin?

Considering a second hand BX2816 blower on a "new to me" B2601.

Been doing some deep diving.

A K-Connect for a BX2380 carries part numbers BX2810 and BX2811. 4 point ass'y and driveline.

The Part numbers for a B2601 are B3410 and B3411, ass'y and driveline.

The main frames are different, the unit for the B 01 has a mid support. The weldment is "longer" and has bolt on additions to pin on to the middle of the tractor.

So, the answer is "no, they are not the same".

At least that is what I could gather from the parts break down illustrations and the assembly manual.

The internet remains "a mile wide, and an inch deep" ;-)
