I've found I can't go by CL or FB prices. Chinese diesel mini ex's that sold last week for $6500 plus a 10% auction commission were being listed on FB for $11,999.
I can get a new RK for $24K with loader.I guess it varies by region, that's not what I'm seeing here. I just checked the local Craigslist, there's exactly one tractor listed for sale, a 2003 Kubota L48 with 3840 hours. Asking $28,500. I wouldn't say that's a buyer's market price.
Nor would I. Whatever that L48 seller is doing is not the buyer's market we were talking about - which is a buyers market in anything - houses, cars, trucks, boats, or tractors that only need simple repairs like an engine rebuild, or new hydraulics. Those are the ones that are going for bargain prices. Or even as giveaways.I guess it varies by region, that's not what I'm seeing here. But, if you get the contact information and call in a few weeks, and he still has it, the price may be much more reasonable.I guess it varies by region, that's not what I'm seeing here.
