Anyway to use tabs?

Is there anyway to get tab characters into a post? Something like "[tab]" would be great! I posted a very simple table and it was difficult to make things line up! I tried "	" with no luck...

I know I could attach an HTML file, but, I just want it for very simple stuff.

Hmm, we might go for that in a future upgrade for the forum. We don't allow HTML in posts for security reasons, and were having some issues with tables being placed in posts anyway.

You can kind of sneak them in in a round-about sort of way. I built a table in HTML, uploaded as an attachment, then put a link to it in my message.
