3-Point Hitch Anyone with a 3pt log splitter on a ck20

I built my own log splitter 2 or 3 years ago. I was able to get a beam off a store bought splitter. I made the wedge and the other stuff that goes with it. I made it stick out the back of the tractor instead of across it like most. I wanted to be able to run it as a 2 man operation and stay out of each others way. It will go horizontal or vertical. My tractor is a Jinma 28 hp with 5-6 gpm flow. It splits anything I have put in it at 1200 -1400 rpm.

With that big herkin PTO pump don't you need to have a hydraulic reservoir? The 3pt splitters that I've seen don't have a reservoir the PTO bakhoes usually incorporate the reservoir into the frame.

With the PTO pump route on our Kiotis a guy could select the 1000 rpm PTO setting and then set the RPMs much lower than PTO 540.

Yes sir, I will need a reservoir and happen to have one of those laying around that a neighbor was nice enough to donate.
