Anyone watch "Yellowstone" on the Paramount network?

I don't watch Yellowstone or other soaps. What I do like - Nature Series with David Attenburough or the science/discovery channel.

i was given season 1&2 on dvd. made it thru the 3rd episode, and never returned. reminds me of Dallas soap opera. didnt like Dallas either. Maybe ill try to watch it again, but I think its kinda nutty show. i just couldn't get my mind around all the characters.

I worked on a large cattle ranch in Montana in the 1980's....sure wasnt anything like this show.

What else is there to watch??...since Covid started we've seen about every movie worth watching...it's written and shot well enough...unlike a lot of other shows and movies...

I live in Montana, so NO. I don't watch Yellowstone...........nor much TV in general.

All those supposed "reality" shows about Alaska are just a whole lot of hooey also. These, like Yellowstone, are all soaps. The idea is to get you to watch.

Yeah, not smart if you are the new governor and need to minimize distractions.
Also Beth's drama queen antics are getting tiring. She gets outraged when seeing the baby seat in the back of Jamie's car because she elected to kill her baby in an abortion at an early age? Gimmee a break.

The writing is not that shallow...
... she became outraged because HE told the Dr or whomever to render her infertile by whatever means...and now that she would like a child she can't...!

Not sure what the deal is...but in some scenes of the house the dry stacked stone work is excellent...but in some scenes of on the porch it (the non dry stacked stonework) is horrible...entirely amateurish...!

That wasn’t my take on it. It’s been a while since I watched that part but I thought she wanted him to take her to the Indian clinic because she didn’t want to be recognized at the other clinic and an abortion at the Indian clinic carried mandatory sterilization.

I can't remember either but I do know she blames him for her not being able to have children...
