I pulled one similar..it's called a middle buster I think...worked awesome behind my ck2610...only thing is mine was a gear tractor...don't think that would make any difference...I did my son in laws garden b4 I traded it in....first time land was broke...worked like charm

Did you google middle buster....I have the King Kutter model..don't know what HP, but 2610 handled it no problem in hard rocky soil...works even better in my own garden...I use it but I till in spring and to make trenches for potato seed...

Yes... in fact the Middle buster is actually (best I can tell) the same frame as the Sub Soiler but with a plow like foot. And I believe you can simply change that foot and have both with one frame. Which would be nice right?

Now... that being said... if yours will handle that larger plow foot... it certainly would easily also handle the Sub Soil blade. From what I can see...

Im just using theirs as an example. Im not really wanting to spend almost $100 in shipping for it though. Does not appear to be a "ship to store" option and says not available in stores. Not sure why no free ship to store option. There is for some other brands.

Really depends on the soil more than anything. I have Fred Cain subsoiler - around 24" model and have stopped my 50hp tractor dead in its tracks when I tried to run it too deep on the first pass. If you have a lot of hardpan, clay or extremely packed base you need to start shallow and keep working deeper. Otherwise they work like a boat anchor.

They work GREAT for breaking up potholes on a gravel drive. Run it through the middle of the hole, break the hardpan, rake it out then compact it back down and the potholes will be gone and won't return easily.

https://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/product_200660637_200660637 I got this one for my CK2510H. I bought a sweep from agrisuply to use to put in gutter drain pipe.It is heavily built but looks cheap in the pic.It is adjustable for depth. Will need to put large nut behind top of sweep to get angle right. It should work even better on your tractor.
