I would like to have a traditional mid mount mower tractor with a 72" deck. Like a Kubota B2910/7800/3030, Deere 4200, etc 25-35HP diesel, hydrostatic, 4WD, but with rear discharge deck.
Are those models available with rear discharge deck, or is there a different brand that offers one?
I just took on an estate with a lot of trees with 5'-6' diameter mulch rings. the side discharge deck is really miserable to use and mines only 60". I have to cut/bale 20AC hay, cut 14AC of fields and mow about 6 acres of hilly grass with 50+ mulch ringed trees.
I don't want a zero turn. A bagging system is also not an option. I'd doubt closing off a side discharge and using mulching blades would work, but I'd listen to reasons to do that.
Want to stay with traditional 4WD MMM tractor because lots of steep slopes and I will be doing some sprayer work, too.
If i had endless money, I'd do a Toolcat with front mower, but that may have to wait a few more years.
