Anyone need Ford 1200 4x4 parts ?

I have access to a nice Ford 1200 other than the fact the engine needs a crankshaft. Nice factory loader, rear axle, front drive axle, wheels, sheet metal, transmission, 3 point. Would take offer on the complete unit.

Just curious if you or anyone else considered to work the crankshaft by prep and re weld of the Crankshaft journal along with grinding it down to spec. of course this is a machine shop type of a work rather than shade tree mechanic. A lot of short or long re-manufactured block use reground crankshaft. can't see what can go wrong with the counter weights.

There was a guy on here some time back with a Ford tractor and a broken crank. He talked of bolting it back together. I think it didn't work in the end. Same tractor perhaps?

I have a Ford 1100 4x4 and a front differential in a cardboard box that needs a pinon gear, and maybe a bearing or two. Does anybody have a full diff or parts they can part with for a reasonable price? Thxs.
