Anyone know what this *does* on a Branson 4720

After reading the manual again, I have to say that I'm wrong. The manual indicates that the top position has the most influence on draft control.

Don't know about the 4710, but the service manual for the 2810, 3510, 3520, 4020, and 4320 covers it on page 82. The manual came with my 3520.
