Anyone have this problem with your electric fence posts?

I'm working on an electric fence around the garden, and was looking for ideas for wire connection clamps.

This description mentions a problem I'm glad I don't have.

Are they a funny yellowish color?

Oh LORD ullinghair: , I've lost count of the number of fence posts lost to those bloody elephant toupees!

AND then they (the elephants) return to the forest to either swap or change to a different toupee so that you can't point out which one has damaged the fence post(s).
