Anyone have any knowledge about an Ariens HT16

I have stumbled up on a very very clean 1989 Ariens HT16 with a 48" mowing deck, 16hp kohler magnum and was just curious what it might be worth and any problems notorious with these machines.

They were great tractors in their day i have heard.
