Anyone have a grapple on a ck20???

I am still awaiting on the delivery of mine from markham, hopefully I will see it this week if everything gets straightened out.
I was thinking, (should have thought a little about this before i got it) The adapter weighs 100 pounds, and the grapple looks to weight about 400 pounds, so this should leave me about 500 pounds of lifting power I hope that this will be sufficient. I was hoping that some one might have one of these grapples on there ck20, and could throw some input in, and some pictures would be great.

I am sure IslandTractor will chime in. But in the mean time, search for grapples with Island Tractor as the author and you will have lots of good reading.

As noted, I had a Millonzi 48 inch grapple and a heavy (100lbs or so) Hurst Welding QA adapter on my CK20. Loved it.

The Millonzi was advertized as weighing only 280lbs and I referred to that frequently in my posts. However, I am increasingly suspicious that it never weighed that little. Comparing the specs, photos and size of the Millonzi to the Markham it is hard for me to see how they could be much more than 50lbs apart in weight.

I found a 48 inch grapple to be very very useful and I learned to use the tractor weight as well as the loader lift capacity to get the most out of the grapple. You will definitely need loaded tires and an implement on the back to safely carry the loads you will be able to lift.
