Anyone has the technical manual for 1999 John deere 5510 ?

Fluid and filters check out okay?
Past hyd. fluid have any history of problems?

Yes hyd filter and fluid was changed last year, but will have to look in the books to make sure was done.
Few years back had kind the same problem, the mower deck was not going off the ground or if it did it took a long time (when hot) and i took it to a JD dealer and they changed one of those valves and adjusted it.

Just a guess, but there is an oil strainer with a screen that may have not been cleaned.

I will look at the exact history when the hyd fluid was replaced and the main filter and the strainer filter.
But still thinking that my problem is at: hyd valve bank , hyd cylinder ram or even hose restrictions.
As everything else works perfect except for going forward from rear when the mower arm is been used for few hours, looks that something gets hot.

To me it looks like the individual hydraulic control valves that control specific functions on the mower are electrically controlled. From a separate (independent) control stick(s) perhaps?
I think the good news is that each valve looks like a separate module that can be replaced once you isolate the problem.

Is electric signal getting to valve from control stick?
Does valve operate?
Does oil flow from valve to cylinder?
