after the walmart person physically grabbed my bag, i said, if they didnt have a warrant to search my personal property she had BETTER let go of my bag.

yes, you want to search my private property your going to need a warrant.
Im just trying to do my job she says.
Your job is to do warrant less searches of peoples personal property?
at this point she decided to drop it as i was not being discreet about my objection to being searched and was drawing attention from everyone.
I do not submit to the door searches.

The mistake was that the greeter touched the guy.There is no reason for someone to grab someone like that unless they were about to fall off a cliff.Had the greeter been trained correctly they would know that they shouldn't.
Tis is obviously a policy that Wal Mart needs to address.Perhaps use some of the recent unbelievable one million dollar bonus the top guy got.

I remember some thing that happened last year with a friend of mine in a Walmart in south MS. A friend of mine whose father is going blind got a Germansheperd to train with because he was getting bad. He went into the Walmart and was at the first part by the carts and a shift manager jumped down his throat. My friend was parking the car and he came in to find his dad and about 3 male walmart employees in a squablle with the dog trying to bite them. The old man and a greeter tried to explain to the shift manager that he was a service dog and he was infact blind. Them manager told him that being blind didnt constitute having a dog on a harness in the store so on and that he should just use the cane thing like on tv. They went outside and showed him a Service animal plaque that still wasnt good enough. They went on and shopped and the fella came back for more till this time Freddy was gonna drop it but then they called the district manager and the last time they were in there they saw the shift manager working stocking shelves.
