reading this initially, I wasn't sure if the job was for income or a personal project / repair. Unless time is urgent, i think nature dictates that you wait it out until things dry up.

i wanted a Sea Can delivered in May - it was too wet, everything would get stuck, and the ruts left would be a mess. now i'm just picking time and location.

So plywood may not withstand, it will be cheaper to plant a new lawn

Yea this spot is tricky. It will rain and recharge the ground water level bc it gets tons of runoff. I am very close to getting a towable backhoe to do the job.
