Anyone else hooked on deadliest catch

I've watched bits and pieces of all these series, but my favorite to watch again and again is Planet Earth. Sigourney Weaver does a great job of narration and the images are stunning. I watched the whole series on normal resolution and now I've watched it in HD, almost a whole new experience. The upcoming Disney movie called Earth will surely be a big hit in theaters. Recommended *****

Planet earth is the only "learning" show that my 4 year old will sit down and watch with me without talking to me throught he whole show. For some reason it is interesting to her. Seems a little dry for a 4 year old.

Mike and Egon, you guys done burst my bubble. I didn't know it was that phony. But it's pretty interesting anyway.

I find any tough job in an unfriendly climate interesting but loose interest when the simple BS stops all production, I see enough of that everyday at work. On one hand I find it hard to believe TV producers think many people are stupid enough to believe the BS is real. On the other hand I know they're right. I'm truly sorry to have disappointed you MikeD74T

Bird, about the only thing you can count on as factual when watching "Ice Road Truckers" is the exhaust plumes do indicate it is cold out.

The rest is too stupid to even comment on.

Well maybe one comment: The fellow with no heater complaining about frost bite on the feet is really hilarious. He's got bare arms and the windshield is nice and clear of frost at -30C. Utter garbage!
