Or do I need to piece and part a kit together?

I would say that as far as a 100% complete kit for what you are asking for, it does not exist.

You can get a complete 3 valve set from Kubota for around $1550, then get the top & tilt set from a 3rd party such as myself for $815 plus shipping costs.

Several people have been getting partial valve sets from me, but I do not have a complete valve kit for the B series tractors.
