Sounds like something a local dealer just "made up".. I have never heard of a Kubota sponsored "truckload sale"

This reminds me of the "cummins" tool sale that shows up from time to time. Nothing but a bunch of cheap tools, no affiliation with Cummins engine....

Inventory is limited - it's a very small truck.
Yeah, it sounds like sales hype to me.
I used to love the Toyota TV ads shot in a studio set decorated to look like a dealer showroom.
There were loads of beautiful, young, affluent looking people rushing around & marching in and out of the picture.
Made me feel like I was missing something really important.
Not like the guy in his XXXL sweatsuit with ketchup stains and the hip-hop kid with the bored look at the dealership I went to.
