Anybody with a Bestco Flail Mower Unhappy with anything at all??

The 3616 is 36 engine hp (31 at the PTO) and weighs about 3350 lbs. with the loader. I could fill tires to add another 550 lbs. According to their website, they are pretty much out of stock on all the ditch bank mowers that I was considering. Too bad because I have heard mostly good reports on their mowers at about half the price of the Peruzzo that plan to order tomorrow.

I adjusted the belt tension this weekend. Very easy. I cut for an hour and not anything scientific but laid my gloved hand on the gear box. It was hot but not any more than I would expect. I was rushed, but next time I can check it with an infrared thermometer.

As a side note, has any one sourced belts from amazon for these mowers yet?

Not Amazon, but I have gotten B39 and B41 belts off ebay.

My mower came with 39.5" Bs but B39s and B40s both work, <$20 ea at farm store. I keep two sets of spares handy for my 2-belt 53" cut.
