Anybody Used These Welders?

<font color="brown">These guys</font> claim they xcan do just about anything. Including "cutting" concrete, underwater welding, etc.
These are used by the military and various law enforcement agencies.

Probably not the "everyday" type welder.

I have used carbon arc rods many times for cutting. Looks like it the same thing. A 3/8" rod will cut up to 1 1/2" thick plate steel. A 1/2" rod will cut well over a 2" thick plate steel. You can cut 2" plate at about 1 foot per 15 seconds.
