Nice picture - nice car.
I had a cousin whose first car was a 1947 or 1948 Ford.
He had several of them during his first few years of driving.
They were all sedans except for the 46 coupe.
I will never forget the 46 coupe.
When the body started getting real bad he cut it all off except for the front fenders and the hood.
He called it his whopie.
He gave the cops a bad time with it as they were always chasing him for driving it on the road.

Thought you might enjoy this little tale about these cars.
