Any XU6168 owners? High pitch sound when pto engaged only in forward.

I purchased a XU6168CPS and it seems to have a high pitched noise when the PTO is engaged using my rotary cutter. Only happens when it is going forward. I have changed the Hydraulic fluid and filter thinking better fluid might help. But its still there and I also get a lot vibration in the steering wheel when the pto is turning at 540.

I just want to see if this is being expreienced by any other 6168 owners. I'm sure the dealer is going to tell me it is normal or something.

My 5065 had a lot of vibration from my brush cutter when I first bought it but it ended up being the slip clutch in my cutter not working correctly.
