Any source for drawers for DIY toolbox?

Well the HF box already has beefy casters on it, but now that it's loaded it probably weighs >2,000lbs. I can't push it up a ramp on its own casters or with a pallet jack. It would need to have electric powered wheels to drive itself up into/onto a trailer.

I though about that after I posted, but didn't know what the total weight might be, or your budget. They do make electric powered pallet jacks. Or, you could add a winch to the trailer to load and help unload by controlling the weight down the ramps.

Kramble industries makes some powered carts. Or you can by a hover round chair and tow it.

They do make electric cart movers.

Pit Cart Project Started

After sleeping on it and doing some more research, I believe I have settled on a path forward. My current plan is to build or buy a pit box chassis such as this. I'll remove the casters from my HF toolbox and bolt the box to the chassis. Toolbox is 22" deep and chassis is 34" wide to fit through standard man door. That leaves 12" on one side of the pit box chassis where I can mount a row of shallow cabinets. I'll use a right angle worm gearbox with a 12v motor to drive it. With as long and narrow as it will be, a differential is probably not necessary so a live axle for the drive wheels will be cheap & simple. There will be some fabrication required but not nearly as much as a scratch-built trailer. This should get me where I need to be much faster. I'll just need to buy an enclosed trailer.
