Snowblower Any recommendations on 3PT hitch mount snowblowers?

I am going to chime in and recommend my two choices of blowers. First is Normand and second would be Pronovost. Both are made in Canada and are as tough as nails. Set either of these blower beside any other brand and you will definitely see a difference in build quality and strength. For example I have a 6 foot Normand blower that tips the scales at a little over 1500lbs.

I have been following this thread for a while as I search for a used blower. A Normand is available nearby but it certainly isn't one of their commercial units. At 60" it weighs in at just over 500 lbs, just right for my lil L3400 :thumbsup:

So the question I have is how much is a used one in good condition worth? I don't want to spring for $2500+ for any new unit, of any brand . . .

I can vouch for the farmking / buhler brand. My 50" was build very well. Very balanced. smooth operation.
