Any reccomendations on brush killer?

Does anyone have any reccomendations on a good brush killer to spray to kill out underbrush and saplings? My main problem is my fence rows I am trying to clear them out, but a lot of stumps where I have cut trees out. The stumps tend to grow stems out, the other problem is saplings. Whats the best spray you all know of?

chainsaw makes the most sense to me for saplings.. cut it down, chip it or burn it later... why would you chemically kill it before removing it -- i dont understand?

I have been clearing alot of brush, multiflora rose and trees.. What I've had good luck with is Cross Bow, soon as you cut a tree spray the top of the stump and this will keep it from resprouting. Works for me
