I live in St. Charles County. Purchased my Mahindra 2816 from Western Lawn Equipment in O'Fallon, MO in August of 2008.

The quality of the tractor has been outstanding and the dealer was excellent to work with.

I live in Mountain Grove MO. We have four dealers within 60 miles, one listed at Ava, MO that isn't by any stretch of the imagination a tractor of and kind dealer. The one in Licking, Marshfield and Springfield all seem like they are in it to stay.

The Licking dealer is a good one. Me and my 4110 are close to Licking.

Billings Mo. here. I have a 2810 and love it. There is a dealer in Anderson Mo. which is one of the largest mahindra dealers around. I priced a 4035 for $20,500 at anderson and the dealer in Springfield was $22,600 and I even went to school with the dealer from Springfield.

Billings MO. I just bought a new 5035 from the dealer in Springfield, but I had to go to anderson first to get a price so Springfield would compete, and yes I went to school with the springfield dealer.

I bought my 3215 from a dealer in Stilwell, KS and he also has a dealership in Grain Valley, MO (KC Metro area). I do wish there were more dealers around in the Kansas City area.

Hey Porki where is Anderson, Mo at?

I live not far from the intersection of Interstate 44 and HWY 71. From that point south, it turns into HWY 59. Anderson is less than 20 miles from Neosho, MO, which is 20 miles south of Carthage--intersection of 44 and 71. You can also go south on hwy 71 off I44. Google map it!

Yesterday, Sat, 10-23-2010, I drove to the Mahindra dealer, in Anderson, MO, to see their line of tractors. I must say, that I was impressed with what I saw and heard.

The owner told me the history of Mahindra and that he'd just returned from a trip to the main tractor production plant in India. He said it was state of the art, huge and spotless, with a well trained and dilligent workforce. Mahindra has the #1 tractor product in the world as far as market share and unit sales. The company has a very long history.

The dealership was very nice with lots of various size Mahindra tractors and the service dept was also impressive.

I looked at the 2010, 5525, 2WD, with the factory loader, bucket and one set of rear remotes, and it was selling for $16,500 cash. The larger 6525, outfitted the same, but with 10 more HP, was $17,500. I didn't try to "negotiate" with the owner regarding price.**** The prices seem VERY good considering loaders alone are approaching 5 to 7 thousand dollars and just 1 set of remotes can be expensive to put on tractors that don't have them.

The New Holland "Workmaster" series, that I have been interested in are much more expensive even without a loader and bucket and are basically the same utility, stripper model like the Mahindra series that I looked at.

These two models, look like just what I need to move up from my New Holland TC40D. After I sell the TC, I plan on SERIOUSLY considering a Mahindra!

I will be relocating from Louisiana to Ozark County, MO. in the coming months. I recently purchased a home and 15 acres of open land near the Pontiac/Gainesville area. Soon I'll be out talking tractors and implements with my neighbors! :D
