Was able to get it started today and take it around the yard...
Sounds good... started after a couple of pulls on the crank with a whiff of starting fluid.
At 6' 4" tall I found I am too tall to release the clutch because my knee is against the steering wheel before the clutch engages... guess I could could make something to put the seat back more or raise the steering wheel?
Clutch maybe at the end of life because it grabs just before being all the way let out...
No muffler and didn't sound too loud.
No Belt Pulley, electric start or other accessories... made an offer so time will tell.
