Any machine similar to a Kubota B21

I really looked around and didn't find anything like that little tank. Closest are some Bobcat models, but no four wheel drive in the same price category, also, no 3 point hitch.
I really wanted one of them, but couldn't go the price for a new one with my light duty use. I even made a 1000 mile trip towing my trailer to look at a used one--I passed on it. I got a new B7610 with a backhoe and have been quite happy. No doubt it isn't a B21 though.
For those who haven't run across one--a Kubota B21 is a 21 HP, four wheel drive, Tractor, Loader, Backhoe, purpose built for use in rental yards. It has a heavy duty frame, loader and backhoe. Made to take lots of abuse.

Sure. Try Allmand or terramite and there is also DIG IT, but I'm not sure what their address is. I recently bought a 2000 Allmand TLB-35D (-535 now), so far very pleased with the company and the machine. No 3 pt., but with a quick attach, I put everything I use up front and really like not having to look behind me /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif Need to add a hydraulic motor to my 3 pt. (front) adapter and I think I'll have exactly what I wanted.

Dave, I just stumbled upon this by way of looking at your 'mysterious missing post' discussion in the Feedback forum - so, sorry for being late to chime in - glad you found what you were after, perhaps others are still looking...
We started looking at used, like you, and also wound up with new. No regrets about that!
I looked at the B21 and BX23, but felt a beefier rig would be better; especially if it was less expensive (which ruled out the 4330!) Wound up with a Mahindra 2615 and it has really been solid.
But, as I said in a post that DID get deleted, it is really important to find an excellent dealer. Which, fortunately, I eventually did. I found our nearest K and M dealers (no, not at one location) had some excellent equipment, as did some independents further away - BUT the entire tractor-shopping experience was far more exasperating that the stereotypical Used Car Nightmare, and needlessly so. (What IS it with some of these places?) /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
Thankfully, we did not go as far as your 1,000 miles in one trip; but close to it in the total process. The shop who finally did get our businss was only about 40 miles away...

For a compact tractor TLB, also consider the Kioti CK20 TLB combo. It matches the capacities of the KubotaB21 very closely except for BH reach. Much less money and a few less features.
