They are within pennies of each other here . , however noone carries the pre fuel filter , anyone have a aftermarket source ?

I use Rockauto. Kinda spendy, but they almost always have the parts I am looking for. I also buy multiple to justify the shipping. Also try Amazon, you might get lucky if they have what you are looking for.
My local parts stores, even for a larger city, almost never have the things I need for my tractor as far as filters go. But they can order them if I want to wait. Ironically, I can order them too. Liquids I get locally.

I get all my Wix filters at either Orileys or off ebay

yeah O'Reilly's had them all, but they're ridiculous on the hydraulic filter. Messicks had them for HALF what O'Reilly's wanted
