Any experience with partsandservice website?

Anyone had any experience ordering parts from partandservice which is a front for Richter Equipment in Markham, Ontario? I ordered some parts for my Yanmar, received a confirmation, and now haven't heard anything for about 25 days. No one answers my emails. Don't know if they are still in business or not.

Unfortunately, these sites didn't have the parts lists available to help me figure out what I needed.

It looks like they have nearly completed a closeout sale. Their list shows a bulk lot of Yanmar parts offered at $5,000, and flags the lot 'sold'.

I needed several parts in the governor area for my Yanmar YM155D but until I'm sure the order is not being filled, I don't want to place another order.

I noticed the liquidation sale also, but there was an explanation that the retail store was closing so they could concentrate on their online business.

In the future, you should call or email the dealers on this forum and I'm sure they will be able to help you with parts.

Hope you haven't been burned though! If you used a credit card or check, call or go to your bank and file a dispute to get your money back.

File a dispute immediately. If you wait too long, the credit card company will not do anything for you.
