any body know about bypassing reverse switches on rzt 50

i have a 2010 rzt 50 and use it for mowing several lawns.what sucks is it will not mow in reverse.i need to know easy way of bypassing reverse switches

Can remember exactly what I did but remember deforming the tabs on the switches so they were later making or breaking the switches. Wiil still stop the mower if pulling too far on the levers.
