Any advice for replacing a motherboard on a Carrier furnace A/C unit?

I've a Carrier CNPVP4821ALA (furnace a/c) that all signs point to needing a motherboard replacement. How difficult is it?
I've done lot's of m/b swaps on PC's.

YouTube? I did one on an LG Washer. Took maybe 5 min.

Should be pretty easy. I replaced the blower motor on my furnace last week and had to take the flu and mother board out to remove/replace the blower. Everything just unplugs for the most part. Take pictures with your phone, tag wires, etc to make sure everything goes back where it should.

Are you able to actually get the correct unit for it?

You may be able to identify and replace the failed caps, etc, on the OEM board.
