I know my rear 12-28 tires are now 13.6-28, but have the 6.00-16 fronts changed?

Never knew WHY, but old rear tire sizes were based on rim width. Now they're section width. 11-28's are now 12.4X28, 12X28's are now 13.6X28, ect.

I was tire shopping last week for fronts to go on my Ferguson F40 (so it'll roll enough to get it in the shop) sizes still available are 5.00 X 16, 5.50 X 16, 6.00 X 16, 6.50 X 16, and 7.50 X 16. Also 7.5L X 16, 9.5L X 16, 11L X 16.

Thanks for the information. I didn't want to order 6.00 tires and then find out they were too narrow.

Cup, I'm not 100% they havent changed, maybe its best you wait for someone to confirm.
