Ret, approx cost is $125.00 a set of 4 wheels only w bushings
Darn castings are expensive. Finishes green or any other color to be applied by owner. If I could line up 8 or 10 orders I can get the castings made cheaper and I can sell cheaper.

We used to sand cast aluminum in high school metal shop. It was not too hard, kinda fun, but is hot and dirty work. I cast an ashtray that looked like a small cast iron skillet. I was asked how much so am going to stick my neck out and say I can sell a set of wheels for $99.95 for TBN members or people that have purchased the Axle sets (Aluminum wheels w/ bushings only). But we have to put a group of orders together, no money just verbal commitment. Will have to make a pattern to cast 4 at a time for the foundry and then they said I could get a better price.

This would still require the people to have their axles drilled and have a grease fitting installed. How much would that cost for 4 wheels? I don't have that problem, because I already have the new improved plastic wheel modification that you have done, serial number 000001 - 000004. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Are the new wheels going to be serial numbered?? /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

I will drill & tap axle bolts for $15 as long as I can send them back with the new aluminum wheels, $22 if I have to ship them back with no wheels.
