Anti-scalp wheel modification for RCK54-22BX

Could somebody please help me find reference to a mod for the anti-scalp wheels on the RCK54-22BX mmm deck? I have searched for the reference that I once read on this forum but must not be using the same keywords that I did back in the summer of 2004. The mod was referring to a set of machined metal (stainless?) wheels. The axles had to be bored and a grease fitting attached. I'd like to find out where to get this done. I think this was a very suitable mod but am open to listening to other methods. I should've started on this earlier. Spring's comin' quick here in the south.
