Antenna Cable Replacement

Has anyone had to replace the antenna cable on a 6100series John Deere (6105R)? A limb ripped the cable in two and being spoiled, I'm not liking the fact I can't listen to the radio! Haha! I'm not sure what kind of cable I need and how to install it on the inside of the cab. Do I need to remove the top of the cab? Any comments or solutions will be appreciated.
