Hi scott it's a rural area called Lisbon.. I love it here except for days like this. It could always be worse..I see on the weather channel site vt is getting some of this in the form of SNOW... most likely that mess is over for me dowm here...
The bottom pic shows part of the 4 stall horse barm we're building.. they call it portable so no messing with permanent foundations. but I do need a firm footing so we dug out area and laid gravel and powered stone. The other 2 pics are me trying to get a low area filled with gravel and smoothed with more powered stone for a low cost parking lot. The area is next to barn.I also have a subframe for BH to finish up
and a whole lot of trees to fell and process for next winters heat. maybe I can go fishing this summer if I can get all this done. Oh ya also got to put up fencing...I guess not much fishing for me

Still snowing hard up here which really $uck$ but Saturday for the northeast looks pretty darn good weather wise tho,before the next low pressure system arrives Sunday...yikes...better days are a coming.

Who wants to fish anyway, I'll have as much, or more, fun digging rocks out of a future road/tractor path this summer..as long as I get the horse barn up and occupied by emmett the wife's horse...

I guess I never realized that you guys have snow this late into the year. Our winter ends in Feb, and except for the ocassional cool day, it's been in the 60's and 70's since then. We gotta a severe thunder storm about to hit us in a few hours, but that's normal for spring. It's what I'm expecting to fill my ponds.
Thomas, those are great pics. You really have a great eye for taking pictures.
Here's a picture from Easter of us at my MIL's home. She took the picture and it's the best of about a dozen.
