Me too! I hate being reprimanded! But I suspect Gerard has grown used to the mistake at this point. I usually just mumble my last name so I dont have to spell it for folks!

And Thanks, I'll pay a visit to the local TSC for the rings when I have a bucket to attach them to!

To make matters worse...I work with a guy who's first name is GERAD...i still don't know how to pronounce it correctly...so we jokingly call him "geee-rad"...

My last name is Lord, and invariably, people will say or spell it Lloyd! It really irks me each time, and I don't mind correcting them as it's just not that hard to pronounce or spell!
