Mine are pretty much like the others on here, but since I don't have a lathe, I made them from two sizes of round stock. Used 7/8" diameter stock for the 10" long middle piece with 3" long 5/8" diameter pieces welded to each end.
Cross-drilled a 3/8" hole near one end to mate up with the gauge wheel adjustment pin. Wheels are 8" solid from Harbor Freight with 5/8" hubs.
Cut grooves in the 5/8 pieces to accept the clips that hold the wheels on.
