Another noobie

Greetings to everyone. My wife and I are hopefully heading towards closing on 130 acres within the next couple of weeks. Our goal is to begin building in 2 years. I've got a lot to learn about land ownership and management of acreage. A good friend who began a similar journey a couple of years ago recommended this site to me, so here I am. I hope I will have something to contribute.

Congrats on the new land and yes it will take some work just to keep it from getting any worse.

As you get equipment, make progress on the land, start working on the house, etc., we would love pictures of the progress.

As they say, without pictures, it did not happen.
