New to the site, but i have a pretty common problem.. i have a 2007 2305 and the shut-off solenoid actually Melted while tractor was running and shorted out everything. Tractor was 2 months out warranty and the solenoid at my local JD dealer is around $150.00 . i know this Yanmar engine was used in various different tractors . Does anyone know of a better source for this part.. Thanks for all your help

First I have heard of this problem on a newer machine...Have you tried to talk to your dealer and see if they can work a deal with you since your only 2 months out of warranty?
