I know that these hitches are not that complicated but for the life of me I can't figure what is going on with this '73 Ford 3000. The lift is "hiccupping" and I think I have done all that the books say to do but it is still messing up. I have taken the lift cylinder off and had it honed and put new u seals in piston, put all new o-rings in the cover, new filters,new fluid, vissually checked all valves and readjusted linkages. Other than just going through and replacing all valves and parts one at a time is there any way to test this system to see which part is actually leaking off? Thanks for any help.
