Annoying Add Banner on Right Side of Page

This is what my page looks like. Between it and the banner above the threads there is not much screen left. It started yesterday.

I get the same on an iPad Pro. My add on the right is flashing and makes it difficult to read the threads. Seems to have just started since an update to iso 12.2

Does anybody in this thread know the difference between an advertisement and an addition? Or maybe the addition of an advertisement?

Yeah, but intrusive ads that make it difficult to read the pages isn't the way to go about it.

That having been said, no Apple stuff here either...Win 7/Chrome, no problems.

I get three small pics across the top - that's it. Running Apple - Mojave 10.14.4 - browser is Opera. Not running any ad blocking software.

Win 10 with IE11, just the 3 small ones above the thread. The space is there to the right but no adds appear.
