my B2920 was delivered with a defective BH frame, and I was having all kinds of problems getting the hoe on/off the machine. After a lot of work (this was mentioned in another thread) I was able to get the frame replaced, and the first time I mounted my hoe on the new frame I got it done in 15 minutes (new record for me). Then I noticed just a slight problem...for the record I normally operate this with the ROPS folded down.Tore up too many of my small trees with it up. Oh, well.....

Oh. Yeah.. now for just a little extra effort? Mine unbolts in the middle, so it won't fold, I wish it did?

I thought about the practicing taking it off again, but I'm pretty good at that. So this time I practiced unbolting the upper section of the ROPS, and then reinstalling it upright to enable use of the hoe. The things I'll do to learn all about my tractor.....

Looks like you could almost sit on top of the ROPS with it folded down. Of course I doubt it would be too comfortable.

I could never get mine to fold down that far. I have used spray graphite lubricant on it and I am still lucky t get it at 45 degrees.... Once ya put it back up...don't forget to lower it before ya go in the garage.....

When mine is up it's at the half mast position (or whatever it's called). The day it was delivered I almost drove it into the barn door when the delivery driver stopped me and pointed out what was about to happen.
