does anyone know where I can find a chart describing the amsoil products that are correct for a MF GC 2300 for oil, and hydrolic fluid specs

I would check the MF manual for the specs required... then goto the Amsoil website to compare
what their product specs are to search/ compare for a potential match.

I used their HDD 5W30 Diesel oil in the engine and ATH in the transmission.

I liked the ATH a lot, primarily because it was synthetic and the tractor seemed move better in very cold weather and didn't need to be warmed up as long before using in sub-freezing temps. I changed out the OE fluid at the recommended interval and the ATH was in the tractor when I sold it. That was several years ago and it's still in there (I sold it to a neighbor). I don't know how many hours are on it now. When I sold it, it only had around 80 hrs. on it. I still miss that tractor.

The Amsoil HDD 5w30 3000 series is some awfull good oil. No doubt in my mind it's worth 8.50 a qt. I ran it with oil tests and it lasted 46k miles before it was wore out enough to change. The next time 39k. Now I have 21k on the last batch and sure it's still good. I had it tested early @ 13.5 k and was told the oil was still very good oil. The guy who sold me the oil test does not sell Amsoil but could not believe how good the numbers were.

I would suggest you research, and post your future GC questions, in the MF forum. There is lots of information for you there.

In the MF forum, you will find approximately 1/2 the GC owners are running Amsoil in both the engine, and trans.

I do not notice any difference, nor does Amsoil claim any performance difference between Amsoil ATH and Permatran. Both are very good products.

You may notice a difference if you chose to use one of the economy hydraulic oil products, some have reported issues with those.

Many choose to be more confident using their machine in very cold weather with the ATH, but they make no claim that you can reduce your warm up times when using it. The cold pour point of both Amsoil ATH and Permatran are similar.

Amsoil ATH like other synthetic oils, can be used for extended intervals, but without and oil analysis, your left to guess how long to go.

The Amsoil ACD engine oil is the closest to what is specified in the manual. HDD is the popular choice.

UUggg! You amsoil "pushers" crack me up.
I run nothing but wal-mart super-tec. It's worth the $17.99 a quart though. Did my first oil change at 47,000 miles, and then had it lab tested at 97,000 miles. Everythings still good.
I'm thinkin I'll save money cause I can exted my drains to every 70,000 miles.
