The only other thing I can suggest is to drive over to Seymour (not on a Sunday), stop at the first Amish house you see and ask. They will be more than happy to answer your question.

Might be worth talking to some of the bigger lumber yards in the area. They generally know most of the better builders around.

The Amish up around home (LaPlata Mo), they share a phone. On an old gravel road in the middle of nowhere is a telephone booth. That is the community Amish telephone.

Not sure if this booth is the "exact" one from LaPlata, but you get the idea.
