Alternator QUESTION

Can anyone tell me what amp alternator comes standard on a BX 2360. I think it is a 40 amp but not sure.

The Kubota website said it's a 40 amp alternator.

The Bx2360 has a 40 amp alternator.

It's a 40. You can upgrade to the 60 amp from the bx2660 but Kubota wants wayyy too much. I think they want somewhere around 400-600, totally not worth it in my opinion. For half that you could get a 120 amp Bosch out of a Benz. If you took it out you could probably match something up for cheaper. The 60 on mine is very powerful.

Sorry to of offended anybody here but in Canada the standard alternator is the 14.5 dynamo
