alot of problems with my model 450 ronnd baler new holland

are any of you having problems with your 450 new holland round baler. mine has alot of issues. auto wrapper doesn't work, auto tire, hay hangs up on the top when baling, door won't close, so it kicks out partial bales, hay left laying all over the field, this is brand new..they say its all preset on the computer when it leaves the factory and they can't change it....let me know if you have any issues with this type baler...thanks for any feedback

If it's brand new then you need to call the dealer and have them come out to the field to look at it while it's in operation. It should work well off the dealers lot. I would say there is a setup problem.

Yes, just bought a new 450 and it has significant issues during its first use. Hay builds up in front of the belts totally obscuring the belts from tractor cab view. Each ejected bale leaves a pile of fines and hay with the bale for clean up later, a real mess. Dealer hasn't offered any fixes or suggestions. Also we have an entry level unit, no command module. It seems to work on AUTO but fails to wrap partial rolls when the MANUAL setting is used. Hope you got your problems resolved. If they can't fix this thing it's going back.

We will probably never know whether he got if fixed. He posted this Sept. 5, 2012 and hasn't been on the forum since the next day.
